Provide monthly accounting of income and expenses.
Provide an annual report for use in preparing your taxes.

Provide an annual market analysis, important in determining the best time to sell.
Recommend improvements and modernization of your property.
Advise how to convert your profit after sale into more investments by using tax deferred purchasing methods.
